I love the stories and the cover. For me this was a great read. I liked how funny some of the stories were.  It was interesting how the ANTS (automatic negative thoughts) was used. I hadn’t heard of it until now. But it made things clearer for me when I found out what it was. I would definitely recommend this book for other kids.
