Ice Cream Skies

What colors do you see,

Blazing across the sky?

Cotton candy pink, peach ripples or something purple-y?

A sorbet mixed way up high.

Whip cream clouds float about,

Sprinkles of stars top the creation.

A dash of strawberry swirl rounds it out,

Nature’s artwork viewed in pure fascination.

The sun sets with beauty and grace,

Reflections of the day’s dreams.

Streaks of wonder light up your face,

A real life ice cream scene.
