The Tooth Fairy’s crossness showed on her face.

She had obviously been sent to the wrong place.

This sleeper was wrinkly, her hair silver grey!

No baby teeth here to be taken away.

She pocketed the coin she had intended to leave,

But watching the sleeper gently breathe

She decided to leave her sweet dreams instead

And sprinkled fairy dust over the bed.
