What If the Sun Took Sunday Off?

What if the Sun took Sunday off?

What if the Moon took Monday?

What if the Stars hid behind Mars

And didn’t come out till Tuesday?

What if the Wind took Wednesday off?

What if the Trees took Thursday?

What if the Flowers spent all of their hours

Hiding in fields until Friday?

What if the Sea took Saturday off?

What if the Earth took a week?

What if they all took off a year

To play a long game of hide-n-seek!
